The Torch Award program recognizes those area businesses
that maintain a solid commitment to conducting their business practices in an
ethical fashion. Participants’ entries
were evaluated by an independent panel of judges on such topics as management
policies and practices, customer relations, marketing/sales practices, and
community involvement. The following
